Jump over elastic A & B and land with both feet on the other side
Jump between elastic A & B and then quickly back out on the other side.
Jump and land with one leg on either side of elastic A, then jump and land with one leg on either side of elastic B. Jump out.
Jump landing with your left foot on top of elastic B and your right foot on elastic A. Then switch your feet so your left foot lands on elastic A and your right foot lands on elastic B. Switch your feet one more time for a total of 3 jumps.
Jump on top of elastic A with both feet. Then, staying on elastic A, jump again landing with each foot on either side of the elastic. Now jump on top of elastic B with both feet. Then, staying on elastic B, jump again landing with each foot on either side of the elastic. Jump out.
Jump on top of elastic A with both feet, then jump on elastic B with both feet. Jump back and forth a total of 5 times.
Jump, landing with your right foot on top of elastic A, leaving your left foot on the outside of elastic A. Switch feet, placing your left foot on elastic A and leaving your right foot on the outside of elastic A. Switch feet a total of three times on elastic A, then jump to elastic B with your right foot landing on top of elastic B and your left foot on the outside of elastic B (so you are facing towards elastic A). Switch feet three more times for a total of 6 jumps.
Use your right foot to cross elastic A over elastic B, then step both feet into the middle of the crossed elastic (creating a diamond shape around you). Now rotate 180 degrees so you’re facing the other direction (keeping the elastic around your legs while you rotate). Rotate 7 times.
Step in between elastic A and B. Then take your right foot and wrap elastic B around your right ankle (wrapping the elastic behind you, not in front of you). Then do the same with elastic A on your left foot (creating the number 8 shape with the elastic around your ankles). Jump up and release both sides of the elastic from your feet at the same time.
Use your right foot to cross elastic A over elastic B, leaving your left foot on the outside of elastic B (creating a triangle around your right foot). Now rotate 180 degrees switching your right foot with your left foot (placing your left foot inside the triangle). Switch feet a total of 9 times.
Jump with both feet on elastic B, hooking elastic A over the top of your feet as you jump. Then jump up and release elastic A landing again on elastic B. Jump out and repeat the same jump in the other direction. Repeat a total of 5 times.
Once you've completed all steps correctly, raise the elastic from your ankles to your calves. Keep raising the elastic higher (knees and thighs) once you've completed all the steps correctly. Happy hopping!
